When you see where 13% of our population comes from and then you think of Chicago, is there any wonder why the prison population looks the way it does, I personally would like to see a world where humans have evolved past the color of our skin, but I can't imagine having my family grow up in a neighborhood where violence is a way of life- even in the Western world the poverty has created areas that aren't to dissimilar to what is shown here. Something should be done, but how do you change the mindset of a victim culture? It's very disheartening, we should all live together peacefully. I'm sure the PC police will find fault in what I'm saying, but I'm just trying to speak the truth without intentionally offending anyone. God bless.
