Re: ~Man Starts FB Live Stream After His Brother Commits Suicide In Bathroom~
I don’t understand the thought process behind live-streaming anything- at all- but I guess it’s a way to inform the masses The last thing on my mind would be filming it- hopefully no one in the family is traumatized by seeing this when he went live |

This would make sense why he streamed it. Trying to get an alibi or story going in a panic to cover his ass. But I did rewatch and you’re right, what’s with the body position, flipped tables, and idk about blood spatter but it does look like two different puddles. Do you have a link to any article or is this social media info?

I know how it is, how my brother and I would always make messes and try to get the other one to clean it up. This is the ultimate fraternal insult right here!

Re: ~Man Starts FB Live Stream After His Brother Commits Suicide In Bathroom~
We can't forget that we are seeing another change in how we communicate as a society. I'd wager that most of those here who are expressing a "why is he streaming", viewpoint are probably in the 30+ demographic...and I'm in the 40+. We are seeing how a generation who have never known a world without social media, and more importantly, live streaming, deals with tragedy. It's not going to be comparable to previous generations, and the truly crazy thing is that it will be as incomprehensible to most in another 50 years, but not because of the same reasons. This man just lost his brother, and all his actions are is a modern day cry of grief. He's reaching out to his peers in the format they use. ...that's it. The death rituals of yore will probably be as foreign to us now as this is, but the grief is real regardless of how it's expressed. |
