This one is actually from Caracas, Venezuela (the most dangerous city in the world.) I'm surprised we haven't gotten more materials there with the amount of violence happening in that city alone.

wonder if someone filmed the actual killing too. Hanging around near the corpse setting it on fire and make a lot of noise by shooting it really shows they feel quite secure and are controlling the area instead of the cops.
