Heart attacks hurt, it's not a quick death, he was fully conscious on the ground moaning and could of been suffering for more than an hour.

Hard to say honestly, maybe it was good he hit his head so hard if he is. My boss had a heart attack in his sleep which got him, if he was awake he would probably be alive right now if he went to hospital quick enough.
