It is clear to me, you have not been to Africa. But you do not need to travel so far, to see black on black hate. Dominicans treat Haitians like dogs. They often kill them without consequences. Hell, Dominicans kill each other like wild rats. Years back, I remember how blacks in Brazil kill themselves in a drop of a hat. Mexicans are bad, specially the cartels but in average, blacks need lots of skills.
