Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
Trump is a Narcissist that thrives in conflict. He has goals he sets and the goals are not what they may seem at times. The asshole has zero people skills as he addresses people. Ive worked with assholes similar to him and many times they do not know how they come across. I can tell you it is a miserable experience. Add this trait to the fact he feels superior he becomes a first class prick. Which is part of his strategy. He often first treats a problem like they are nails and he is the hammer. You often see a less violent approach after awhile. I see today he has agreed to camera for all Federal agents. They need to remove the masks, but I can tell you there will be some issues with People IDing these officers and then going and fucking with their families. Interesting mess that should not be going on. Government on both sides are letting us down on this. I was talking to a Doctor yesterday about this mess. She told me the manufacturers in Ohio are having to reduce their output do to ICE pulling legal immigrants right out of the factories and deported them. People in Ohio are wondering what the fuck?? Need to have a watch dog group monitor ICE methods and behavior. She said her thoughts on these shooting are from border agents and their training and experience. She says Border patrol many times will shoot people down there. Often with no ID on the person shot. BP will let them lay without reporting if it is out in the wild. I think she may be on to something there. |

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
Your right! Thanks for the clarification. Apparently it was deemed Federal Laws was the correct way, to impact the 2nd amendment. Alcohol prohibition in the 1920’s and early 1930’s had resulted in a proliferation of organized crime. The bootlegging gangsters sometimes shot one another, most spectacularly with Thompson submachine guns—a portable automatic rifle. Many famous bank robberies occurred during the 1930’s, including some by Machine Gun Kelly and John Dillinger, who used Thompsons. Accordingly, the Franklin D. Roosevelt presidential administration proposed the NFA, which required the owners and future acquirers of certain weapons to pay a federal tax and to federally register their guns. Attorney General Homer S. Cummings told the House Ways and Means Committee that the administration had chosen to use tax power because an outright ban would violate the Second Amendment. As originally proposed, the NFA also applied to handguns. At the request of the National Rifle Association (NRA), handguns were removed from the bill, and with NRA consent, the revised NFA was adopted with little controversy. The NFA has been amended over the years. Yelling fire was ruled that this is already in the first amendment.Falsely yelling "fire" in a crowded venue is not a single federal statute, but rather a common-law example often cited for unprotected speech under the First Amendment due to creating a "clear and present danger". It is generally actionable under state or local laws regarding disorderly conduct, inciting panic, or false alarms. Key legal, historical, and actionable details: Origin: The phrase stems from Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.'s opinion in Schenck v. United States (1919), which argued that free speech does not protect false, dangerous statements. Legal Threshold: Such speech is not protected if it is intentionally deceptive, causes a panic, and results in injury. Ohio has a law State-Level Laws: Laws like Ohio Revised Code § 2917.32 make it illegal to initiate or circulate a false report or warning of a fire, explosion, or other catastrophe. Thanks |

Maybe, they are not only motivated by throating Trump & gargling his load. They are also motivated by always licking the nearest boot they can find despite the situation so I’m not sure. If he weren’t white I’d be 100% they would they would all be fighting to taste that boot but being he was …. I’m not as sure

Free Healthcare & College for all citizens unlike the US where a company chooses your medical treatment & education puts you in debt until you’re middle aged. Those are pretty good things to have

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
FDR didn’t run 3 times, he ran & won 4 times. Not because he shit on the constitution like Trump, because at that time there was no constitutional amendment regarding term limits for presidents. That was only invoked after his death. Mostly because, at the time, the GOP felt that without them they would never win the presidency again due to how popular FDR was which by proxy made the democrats also heavily favored during that time.

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
Here is how the vote went. More Democrats than I would have thought. The 22nd Amendment, limiting U.S. presidents to two terms, passed Congress in March 1947 with strong Republican support and crucial Democratic votes, largely driven by reaction to FDR's four terms. The House passed it 285–121 (47 Democrats in favor), while the Senate passed it 59–23 (16 Democrats in favor). Key Vote Details (1947): House of Representatives: Passed 285–121 on February 6, 1947. While driven by the Republican majority, 47 Democrats (many from the South) voted in favor. Senate: Passed 59–23 on March 12, 1947, with support from 16 Democrats. |

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
When I went to the inauguration last year (I was able to get official tickets even) but then the outside ceremony was cancelled due to the weather.. still, I once dreamt that I saw Trump get inaugurated in front of the capitol so I believe that there might be a chance still that I will be able to bear witness. I hope it’s not wearing a PRESS vest in a war zone though |
