I am not posting it as factual yet because ICE allegedly detained at least two witnesses at the scene and confiscated their phones. Thus far none of the camera angles publicly available show exactly what happened with the victim's gun.

But I have spent most of the last 14 days in Minneapolis. I am not in the city currently, but I have spoken personally with two witnesses who both stated unequivocally that the victim was holding a camera and filming when ICE approached and assaulted him. He never brandished his legally-carried firearm. It remained holstered until one of the ICE agents took it out of his holster when they surrounded and pushed him down.

They then pistol whipped him and executed him with at least five shots while he was held down and disarmed...all for standing on the sidewalk filming them, then putting his free arm out to try to keep one of them from hitting a female he was there with.

That is the first-hand account I was personally given by two separate sources, but again it all remains hearsay until a video is provided or the witnesses are subpoenaed.

I'll be curious to see what all of the usual rabid 2A ammosexuals in the forum have to say about this if it proves true. Oh wait. I already know what they'll say. "Your boot tastes delightful, sir. May I please service your other one?"

Incidentally, the murdered victim was a registered nurse with no criminal history aside from a couple of parking tickets.
