Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
It'll be investigated by the FBI, not local state officials. It will be judged based upon what another officer would reasonably assume and do based on the facts at hang. Not 5mins later, not on video review. If you look closely, yes the gun was disarmed, but within those two seconds, half of the other officers were still engaged in an active physical resistance. If someone yells gun, other officers will take that as a threat and act. Just like when uniformed officers shoot plain clothes officers, justified. Let it play out. I did see the suspect raise up to his knees and his right hand when towards the holster, whether or not the gun is there, it's taken as a threat. Congrats on your social medial investigation credentials, it means nothing.

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
So much needs to be examined and choppy bad angle videos aren't helping. That said why people go out of their way to interject themselves into situations where law enforcement officers performing their duties baffles me. I'm all for protesting. I'm all for the 2A but to bring a gun to a protest that you deem is "peaceful" and taunt, antagonize, look for a reactions and harass law enforcement officers baffles me. Especially when they get a reaction and then pretend they are innocent. Who are you planning on using the gun towards if you needed to? A law enforcement officer? How's that going to work out? He certainly wasn't going to use it against the "peaceful" protestors who he is protesting with right? It's just exhausting that they literally pretend to be some sort of activist like they are saving the free world when these law enforcement officers are carrying out LAWFUL activities and when shit hits the fan because they created such a shit show with all their non peaceful actions we are supposed to just feel empathy for these protestors? Again the fact people are so divided on this instead of taking a breath and examining both sides are the reason why we keep seeing this happen. Instead of interfering with law enforcement officers why don't they protest outside of their elected officials home/office? I don't condone anyone being killed but this dude absolutely interjected himself into a tense situation he didn't need to be in and escalate. |

That is where your post should have ended. There are no buts. If the killers themselves had started from that premise, none of this would be happening. We can fish Saddam Hussein out of Iraq and fly him to New York. We can fish Maduro out of Venezuela and bring him to New York. Somehow sparing the life of a US citizen exercising his Constitutional rights boggles your mind. |

That's because he's a mealy-mouthed prevaricator. He absolutely condones it. He just has enough of a conscience eating away at his bullshit that he can't help but try (albeit weakly) to couch his raggedy-ass opinion in a slightly more humane fashion than the straight-up Fash supporters we have lurking around here. |

JFC, dude. Even the crooked-as-a-barrel-of-snakes, bought-the-fuck-out right wing simps that are the NRA think your rhetoric is full of horseshit. |

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
You said it right there. “He was trying to “protect” women getting pushed to the ground.” He was preventing law enforcement for doing their job. Did things escalate to a level of shitdom!?! Absofuckinglutely. Do I support ICE in these shootings!?! What fucking sane person would!?! My comment plain and simple, stay out of the way of any law enforcement officer doing his/her job regardless of how you feel. That’s just common sense. Take it up outside with a picket line. Everyone’s allowed free speech but they’re not allowed to impede legal officers. Don’t follow them around creating problems for everybody involved, the officers, the person being arrested and the bystanders getting in the way. It’s always been a more “normal” part of most people’s lives to not get involved with guy’s paid to carry guns for a living in open public when executing a warrant. Namely police department, sheriff’s, FBI, DEA and a myriad of other agencies. |

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
I guess we'll just fucking see. Since the last time the Feds pulled that crooked bullshit, they covered up a murder and the lead investigator resigned from the FBI when her bought-off bosses ordered her to NOT actually investigate Good's murder at all. Maybe Minnesota decides they aren't gonna push it this time either. Or maybe they, and a few other Blue states that provide the vast majority of the Federal government's actual tax revenue surplus, decide they are collectively sick and fucking tired of mercenary thugs in masks murdering US citizens on false pretenses and then covering up the crime and stonewalling the investigation. The fact that you're so fucking happy about them doing that tells everyone here everything they need to know about you. We're a pretty lazy and indolent country, but you fash simps who cream your jeans over unlawful murder under color of authority are eventually gonna realize that 190 MILLION eligible adults in this country did NOT vote for your orange fucking dictator and we DO have a hard limit of how much Nazi bullshit we're gonna suck up. You shitbirds haven't hit it yet, but every public execution and every shameless cover-up brings it closer. |

Re: Man Shot by Immigration & Customs Enforcement in MN, Jan 24
That's because in most of recent history, they 'normally' don't just start executing US citizens over shit like blocking a lane of the road or standing in front of a woman they were physically assaulting and taking the burst of pepper spray that was meant for her. This is STILL America, you dumb fucker. There are actual laws and regulations that specify when they are allowed to use lethal force. 'Getting in the way' DOES NOT FUCKING QUALIFY. Stop trying to normalize it. You don't actually seem to be a full retard, so you HAVE to be able to see how normalizing this shit is complicity. Normalizing the endless litany of abuses, illegalities, and absurdities perpetuated by this sham of an Administration is what got us here in the first place. |
