I don't think it's an issue of whether standing and filming is legal or illegal. Of course it's legal.

The issue is whether standing, filming, yelling, signs, whistling, or, for that matter, even merely being in the vicinity of trigger-happy ICE officers, is SAFE OR UNSAFE. Clearly, in the current environment, it's unsafe, precisely because the agents are unprofessional, untrained, and on edge.

I care about the people getting harmed by these agents. And as I mentioned earlier, many of these agents are currently as dangerous as hungry grizzly bears. I wish folks can understand this so that they don't get killed unnecessarily.
