Re: Man Shot in the Head in Brooklyn, New York.
As a former cop I pushed on a lot of chest of people I knew who were already dead and I was wasting my time, but did it anyway just for show. If you don't the family and friends will come back and accuse you of not making any effort to save a person who can't be saved and the next thing you know you are being sued.

CPR in that case is for looks only. People will say "why aren't police helping him" even if he's obviously gone so give him some chest compressions and people think they are trying their best to save him

Re: Man Shot in the Head in Brooklyn, New York.
Some states require EMT’s/Paramedics to perform CPR unless obvious signs of death like decapitation. Otherwise their death is called by a Dr. I’m more perplexed as to wtf was going on? A festival? An open drug market? I did notice the full bottle of henny next to him. The police were probably keeping people back so aggressively so grimey people didn’t steal off him or remove evidence
