Why are there places like this in the US? I know poor areas are common in western countries but it seems the ones in the US are far more violent? Seems equal to places like Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia etc in some areas.   |

Not for criminals, only law abiding citizens. No bail gun and axe crimes allowed for certain groups. In and out if arrested at all. As we saw recently in the bodega video, be the wrong race and defend yourself and they will go after you with everything they have. |

Per the CPR on the dead guy. It depends on the protocols of the EMS agency. But most agencies will state to withhold resuscitation efforts if any or one of the following are present. 1)rigor mortis/lividity 2)decomposition 3)obvious mortal wounds where life could not be sustained 4)decapitation 5)submersion for more than 20 minutes 6)incineration |
