There is no such thing as qualified immunity for cops in Latin America, it is the reason they hesitate so much to use lethal force. They have to prove a threat to their life was imminent, the two stabbed cops will serve as proof their life was in real danger and they had to shoot his ass. Laws are different for the rest of the American countries south of the border up to Cape Horn.  |

What a clusterfuck. Barney Fife patrol. 100% if that happened in Los Angeles, the dude with the knife would be 100% dead before he got within 100 yards of any LA cop or sherriff. |

The camermen and civilians constantly yelling “Put one in him!/Shoot him!” Meanwhile there’s a million people standing directly in the line of fire. Jesus Christ get tf out of the way.
