He was told to remain very still. Definitely video #2 is ghoulish. Rescuers already had an attached rope to haul him in with.  |

They should have just cut the rope. A. More considerate of the next guy who might need a rope, too! Not everybody wants to JUMP! B. Easier, natural body recovery. C. Let him land on a pile of laundry.  |
