Man Shot Dead Last Night
July 3rd, 2018 Parque das Nações, Manaus Around 830pm last night on Brasil street, four men approached in a Honda Civic, exited the car and shot Wesley Coelho de Oliveira, 22, 18 times before fleeing. Their identities are unknown but the victim is believed to be involved in trafficking. |

I think they cartel invited this guy for a ride or something like that and this is how they terminate their enemies. Inviting them to their death without the victim knowing the plan.
