Absolutely not, there's no semiauto in .38 caliber (.38 ACP or .38 Super) with characteristics that are similar to the pistol used in the video.

Also the report of a gun in video can be misleading due to several factors:

1.- The compression algorithm for the sound codec.
2.- Bit sampling ratio.
3.- Linear response of the microphone.
4.- Sensitivity of the microphone
5.- Quality of the microphone
6.- Acoustics of the location (outdoors/enclosed furnished space/enclosed empty space) which affect a microphone in a worse way than they do a human ear.
7.- The quality of your speakers.
