Re: Man Shot Dead During Bar Fight
Army guy had lousy training if you ask me and broke several CCW rules. First and foremost: Never un-holster a gun if you are not prepared to shoot. Second: Never pull out a gun to make empty threats. Third: Pull out your gun out of sight of your opponent, especially when up close. Fourth: Train your gun retention ad nauseaum. Fifth: Use of force must always be proportional. Sixth: Be physically prepared to fight it out hand to hand. |

Re: Man Shot Dead During Bar Fight
I saw him pull his own gun out, never pull it out unless you are going to use it, typical Military meat head think they know it all and he got iced for his arrogance via brandishing his weapon. Not a murder.

Re: Man Shot Dead During Bar Fight
That was slick. If you draw your gun in a bar fight, then you should expect to be probably be killed if your opponent gets hold of it. The dead man was in the army and was the much bigger guy physically, so it's hard to sympathise. Not sure how he gets it out of his hand so cleanly, but he did it impressively and finished like Tony fucking Montana.
