Some info collected from from the videos: According to the old lady at 01:25 The old man had reported the victim a few days earlier to the Sanitary Board asking them to fire her because she was a traitor (Its is nos specified why he considered her a traitor), the old lady told the old guy that he had to wait until they had a meeting to decide but it seems he didn't want to wait for that. On a strange twist, the killer is good friends with the victim's father and in the other video he is seen in the back of a car offering an apology to the victim's relatives and his own family, he had been working with the victim for five years. |

I feel like as much time as was wasted gingerly slapping at the gun and waving her hand around with him not taking a shot, she might have done better to just grab the barrel and twist it away or something. He didn't look like he was a real fast mover himself.
