Accidental death, not suicide. It's a lot clearer in Kelly's slow-mo version, but you can see him try to roll out of the way of the truck tire when he realizes what's happening. But the truck tire catches his left arm before he can get completely clear, and it pulls the the rest of him under as it continues forward.

I think only part of your description is right, he was definitely drunk or high but I don't think the death was suicide, looks to me like he just stumbled and fell backwards at a really bad time.

Looks like he stands up tries to take a step forward then falls back. Typical drunk move. Great timing with the truck...
