Actually, watching it a few more times, I have to agree. Not suicide. Drunk, definitely... and his pants are brown down the back. Looks like he was trying to take a drunken shit and forgot to pull his pants down, then just stumbled at the wrong time. He wouldn't have felt much, which is a blessing I guess, but dirty fucking Indians taking a shit on the street probably deserve it.
