India, Late in the evening of September 5 a person was drunk and was standing on the roadside. A speeding truck could not evade the man standing on the road. He died on the spot.

Additional Superintendent of Police, Shimla Bhajan Dev Negi said the accident victim has been identified. He was badly drunk which can be seen clearly in the video. A case is registered by police against the truck driver who is being searched.
