Re: Man Run Over by Truck
It wasn't until I watched the slow motion version until i truly realized how far some of that brain matter went. Its fascinating to see the human body react to external pressures and then explode, you never think it can happen until it shows up on DR!

Re: Man Run Over by Truck
Here is the case: That is not intentional.. Bad fall in a bad time .. He was squatting for around 30 seconds or more, that causes stasis and pooling of blood in the pelvis , the moment he stood up suddenly, the blood pressure falls momentarily as the heart needs to compensate the pumping the volume that alread pooled down his legs and thighs,, this will cause a sudden decrease in cerebral perfusion, and cause the known phenomena : Amaurosis , which is a kind of transient orthostatic hypotension . With the temporary brain hypoperfusion, the capability of the brain and cerebellum deteriorates and dizziness and vertigo and even black out may occur.. Probably he suffered from that thing as he falled he didn't realize the danger of staying there .. And then pooooooooooof Painless but Horrible way to go .. |
