A man was brutally tortured then beaten to death by 3 alleged gang members in broad daylight and a very public place in Cape Town. The victim was beaten with a belt, kicked and stabbed during 30 minutes assault in which many onlookers refused to help. After Police arrived the victim tried climb into Police vehicle for protection, but it's too late. the victim died shortly after the paramedics arrived.

I did an advanced search and could not find the story or video of the incident, so forgive me if this has already been posted.
