A man was beaten for almost a minute until he lost consciousness on the sidewalk in front of a house where the Civil Police believe it is the Roçado neighborhood in São José. The assault by a man was filmed by an accomplice and published on 7 December YouTube for a page called "Evangelists of Revelation 2".

A police report was registered by the Civil Police itself based on the video and the investigation will be carried out by the São José Police Station of Criminal Investigations (DIC).

The Civil Police are unaware of the victim's identity. He also doesn't know if he survived. A letter will be sent to hospitals in the region to find out about the incidents resulting from the aggression.

Remember the case
A homeless man, who is very popular in the Florianópolis region and known as Bob Marley de Floripa, was beaten by an unidentified man (now identified and the aggressor's data are already with the Justice of Santa Catarina), in the neighborhood of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, in São José (SC), 14 km from Florianópolis. The violence, which lasted about a minute, was filmed by an accomplice and posted on YouTube.

Armed with a piece of wood, the attacker alternately blows and kicks the beggar's head repeatedly, until he passes out. The whole action was filmed without hiding the aggressor's identity and with the approval of the cameraman, who says at the end of the video: “It closed. Now let's call the police. ”

The police report on the case was registered at the 3rd Police Station, on Wednesday (10), by the São José regional delegate, Fabiano Rocha, based on the video.

The case was referred to the Criminal Investigation Division of São José and is being investigated by Deputy Manoel Galeno. Also in December, according to the delegate, the truck that appears in the image had been identified and the owner of the vehicle would be called in to investigate. Galeno also reported that the victim, survived the attack and is admitted to the Regional Hospital of São José.

Current situation

Always taking things a little bit too far. A simple beating would have been enough, killing the guy for theft is a bit much.
