2.- If they stopped every couple riding a motorcycle they'd catch all sicarios within the span of a few months.

and finally:

3.- Make it a routine to stop any person riding a motorcycle to look for weapons, so sicarios can be sure they will be stopped no matter what.

I disagree. I had a great upbringing. Wonderful parents that raised me right. I consider myself a productive member of society. I coach my kids in community sports and do other volunteer work. I'm teaching them to be responsible citizens.

Am I going to stop and watch some die? Probably not since I'm a physician and would try to help. BUT...if they are already dead and their brains are splattered on the sidewalk hell yeah I'm going to stop and stare.

We are human man!!! We are carnal!! Look at everyone on this site, this site exists because of that curiosity for the morbid that many, many people have. Even people you wouldn't consider "classless"
