This guy looks like a Punjabi Sikh. Sikhs of India wear that towel on their head. Most of them come from the Punjab region of India.

They also end up in droves in other countries as unskilled labor generally as truck drivers.

Their language is rough and harsh and they're too poor and stupid to know bragging about truck driving in high income countries is not really something impressive.
