Ok, so from what Roses und Kittens is saying the worker walked into a wire, (which with some unknown logic was strung @ neck height), which had a certain amount of "safety" slack in it. The worker has not registered that he has walked into the wire & it has "automatically taken up under very high tensile," which would go through your neck like a cheese slicer! Wow! Certainly, he wouldn't have felt a thing.
