Re: Man Livestreams Self-immolation Suicide
When an accelerant is in effect I don’t know if it is a better choice than trying to get to something that can offer full immersion like a swimming pool or sandpit. Once in flames I don’t know if I would be able to operate an extinguisher or garden hose well enough, but maybe. A fire blanket or woollen blanket could work but again self-application could be difficult. On a city street the best I can think of would be to head towards a truck that might be required to carry an extinguisher and hope the driver sees me and doesn’t freeze up. Having been in a rehab hospital with a girl who set herself on fire, I have reflected on the difficulty of the journey for a survivor. I wonder if the burn covers most of the person whether you should try to keep them alive or try to minimise their suffering. |

Re: Man Livestreams Self-immolation Suicide
Everyone who sets themselves on fire thinks it's a good way to kill themselves... until they actually set themselves on fire. With that said, that Buddhist monk who self-immolated in Vietnam, back in the 60s and just sat there? Talking about self control! |
