I don't see the point in making fun of the developmentally disabled person in this video. There are tons of videos on here where completely "normal" people act with complete disregard when something like this happens. At least this man didn't hesitate and immediately went to try and help. It says a lot about his humanity, and the lack, thereof, of others'.
