I've had this video since August and still couldn't find any info on it. The men have Dominican accents so I'm guessing the video is from Dominican Republic.
Not much is said in the video except that they were going to set the victim on fire. The video show when the man was taken and the end after the damage was already done.

So the "burned" portion of this video seemed odd to me and I think I figured out why.

I think this might be a new milestone in gore history: A person engulfed in flames and then extinguished just to make him suffer longer.

I've never seen someone this torched across their whole body and still writhing except for times when they were extinguished. Also, there is white shit everywhere like from an extinguisher, except for on the ground under his body where he was laying.

Pretty much the only way the guy would still be this conscious and alive with those kinds of burns is if he was totally engulfed in flames for a brief period and then extinguished.

That's pretty sadistic.
