I recorded it, I recorded it anyway! The policeman has to be protected from anything that happens afterwards. Now some info to put all this into context: This happened in México, cops are responsible for any shot they fire, unlike the United States of America they don´t have a ¨License to kill¨ a cop can and will be tried for murder if he/she shots dead a criminal and self defense isn´t justifieed or can´t be proved. Under the Mexican system most cops we see in the shooting videos would be serving 20 to 40 year sentences, like for example shooting a suspect that drives away in his car, a cop is not supposed to jump in front of a car (The lawful reason behind this is that a human body can´t stop a two ton speeding vehicle, so there is no justification for a cop to jump in front of it to try stop it and then shoot the driver "to save his life" after the irrational act of jumping in front of it). |
