That woman’s reaction is very real and it’s only a shame most people don’t have the same control. She could have flailed and jumped around screaming, thus traumatizing the kid further. Instead she immediately assessed the horror and calmly removed herself and the child away; the kid likely didn’t even register what happened. Good on her. |
