China, A man in a black T-shirt and a woman in a yellow cardigan walk side by side toward a police station.

Suddenly, a black sedan plows into them at high speed from behind.

Closed-circuit television footage shows the driver in a pink top getting out of the car.

He runs back and forth between the injured man next to the car and the woman, lying near the gate of the police station, kicking them and stamping on them repeatedly.

The guard standing at the gate took no action to stop the assailant.

But soon two law enforcement officers arrived and stopped the brutal attacks by the driver.

The bizarre incident happened just before 10 a.m. Monday near the Tianchang Public Security Bureau in Chuzhou, Anhui province.

The injured man, surnamed Min, 38, was certified dead in hospital.

The woman, surnamed Qin, 29, is still in critical condition.

The driver, surnamed Zhang, is reportedly her ex-husband.

He was arrested for murder. Police are still trying to find out the reason behind the brutal killing.

They told the media that while Min and Qin were heading toward the bureau, they did not work there.

I read so shit that in china if u hit somebody and they live you have to pay all there related medical bills as long as it takes for them to get better but if u kill them its a one time fine ... so its cheaper to kill them and do the time .
