No but if the Amazon driver starts breaking down your door after you warn them you have every right to open fire. We do t live in fear in America. The only people that are afraid are criminals.

you are a guntard.
you very much live in fear.

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

I disagree. I don't know the legal situation of this. But I wouldn't be surprised if the shooter is charged with something, possibly manslaughter. The first shot was fine. But after that the guy turned around and was leaving, and he shot him twice in the back.

You can't usually shoot someone in the back. And now things are recorded so much. The days of he was breaking in so I shot, and that's that are over.

Now the tape is analyzed, and the question is asked, were you reasonably in fear for your life? Is that what a reasonably person would do in that same situation?

I say no. A reasonable person would have stayed inside. And warned, and waited. If the door comes open you shoot. But I think this guy opened the door, shot, guy turns to run, gets shot again, takes a step or two, gets shot again. From what appeared to be a shooter who was standing in the door way.

I think he clearly shown he had no fear. And he may have just wanted to do it.
Grand Jury cleared the shooter of any wrong doing. Clean shoot

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

Most def was not sober. Check out the twitchy eyes / slower judgement and opening the first door in a zombie-like haze. After breaking down door looks like the defender shot him in the shoulder which spun him around while capping 2 more shots in a blink of an eye.

whatever the cunt yapping above about it not being justified?

justified.
He may have been blacked out but listening to his voicemail left for the girl, he sounds loopy in it too. Who knows

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

Ohio, USA

A man was reportedly shot after attempting to break into his ex-girlfriend’s home, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. As of right now, it is unconfirmed who shot the man. The man died of his injuries on the scene.

The man has been identified as James Douglas Rayl, 22, of Sidney.

The shooting occurred on the 2900 block of North Kuther Road at approximately 11:00 a.m.

Rayl started beating on the door, the homeowner told the subject to leave and that he had a gun.

Rayl then shouldered the door several times eventually breaking the door open and started to enter the residence. Once Rayl entered the door, the homeowner fired three rounds. He then staggered back to the front of the garage where he fell.
He called her the night before he was killed and left her a voicemail. not sure if that's been posted yet but it's related to this

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

The only slightly iffy thing about all this was the two bullets to the back. He was already turning tail (boy, was he turning tail!) and retreating yet he got two more caps for good measure. I assumed at first it was a "blind shoot" meaning the father shot through the door but apparently that wasn't the case. Did he need to fire those 2 extra shots? On the other hand, the dumb dead cunt bf probably would have sued the dad for shooting him if he had survived. Dead men don't sue.

I presume in the US, this response is perfectly acceptable when someone is trying to gain unlawful entry? If so, he knew what to expect.
What would you rather happen? He go in for tea? A nice convo?
