He didn't see that the huge rim is right above him. That metal fence was holding things in place, what an unaware person. Im surprised the rim killed him without having to crush his skull

If he'd taken off any of those other side walls he would have been fine, but he went for the only one supporting a giant tire rim.  For what it's worth, the lack of safety regulations is a big part of the reason the West can import stuff dirt cheap from the East. If this guy was an American employee he'd have to waste 2 hours each morning going over safety regulations.  |
