In recent months, there have been clashes between Guatemalan and Mexican criminal organizations.To these criminal groups, many relatives of public officials and even the same officials have a partial participation in it.

The illegal charge that the PNC ( Policía Nacional Civil) in guatemala make to migrants crossing from the border, and even doing it in broad daylight.

Criminals organizations can kill, kidnap or even the same public officials affiliated to these organizations or the same pnc members may attack against the life and safety of citizens.

Yeah, well, calling shotgun when they are using pistols on you doesn't help much.
