The term “near east” describes the Balkans and the Ottoman Empire while Middle East referred to Caucasus, Persia, Arabian lands, and sometimes Afghanistan and India. “Far east” refers to the countries and east Asia (China, Japan, Korea, etc). I’m sorry but your wrong.
