For those of you that have been following this case as long as I have, there’s finally an update.

John Miller, the father, was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Michael Miller didn’t get any time.

If you’re referring to time served for the old man, as far as I know he’ll have to serve the whole 14 because they’ve been out on bail since 2018. That’s unless he gets some sort of parole or something
