Man Killed - Arms + Head Were Chopped Off
On the morning of 18th September 2018 in Governador Valadares, the body of 48 year old N.R.D.C. was discovered. 'N' had been stabbed to death, both arms + his head had been cut off. His head was nowhere to be found. A 15 year old + a 16 year old (cousins) were arrested. The youngest told the police that the head was in a bag behind his mother's house, as well as the clothes he wore during the murder + a sword that had been used. The head was recovered the next day.
