You can clearly see one of the two grabbing the other's arm, trying to pull him off the tracks moments before the train strikes. One of them is knocked clear of the tracks while the other guy disappears at the front of the train. If you replay the video frame-by-frame at both normal and slow speed sections you can briefly see the guy's body jammed underneath the train just ahead of the front wheels as it exits the frame to the right of screen. The video is American, not Russian, and you can clearly hear a female yell "NO!" when one of the two figures walks onto the track and the other lunges out at them. This is quite clearly a spur of the moment suicide in which one member of the group unsuccessfully tried to stop from happening. |
