Re: Man Impaled With Metal Rod During Train Ride
I have no doubt. Given the angle it had to have been launched pointy angle first almost directly at the broadside of the train. This was a homicide and their hands are all over the murder weapon (there goes much chance of finding usable fingerprints on it smh…)

Re: Man Impaled With Metal Rod During Train Ride
Translated .. A passenger died on the spot when an iron rod coming from somewhere hit him in the neck while he was travelling by the window of the train. On Friday, the Delhi-Kanpur Nilanchal Express train left. At around 8.45 am, the train was travelling between Tanwar and Somna in Pragyaraj division under the jurisdiction of North Central Railway in Uttar Pradesh. Hrishkesh Dubey was sitting by the window of the general class compartment. Dubey died on the spot when an iron rod, which had entered the room, accidentally broke the glass through the window and tore him in the neck. The length of the wire appears to be 5 feet in diameter and 1.5 inches. Further, the investigation also revealed that it was a wire that could be used on the railway track. Following the incident, the train was stopped at Aligarh railway station and the body of the deceased person was handed over to the Government Railway Police. A railway official said, "A passenger travelling in a public class died after breaking the window of the train and stabbing an iron rod. Following this, the train was stopped at 9.23 pm at Aligarh Junction. It is learnt that the railway track work is going on at the spot where the incident took place. However, there are no official statements in this regard yet." Further investigation into the incident is underway, he added. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1598596815552581632 |
