Guess they didn't see the video posted here that shows how to break the connection when someone is getting electrocuted by taking off your shirt and yanking the guy off hard from his throat.  |

That bitch who ran away could have used the van to push the scaffold back, but my guess is the guy was already dead. Doesn't hurt to try though.

Clearly you don't understand what happens when people get electrocuted. The electricity forces your muscles to contract and you have zero motor control at that point. He couldn't let go even if he wanted to.
