ever wondered why noone comes to help the victims in these asian countries? becuz their cops are lazy af. u lay there with a dead body in ur hands having his blood on ur cloths and bam- they got u. seen a documentary about it. btw- don't let ur self get hit by a car in these countries - reason being they could run u over 4 to 5 times to make sure ure dead. if u live theyve to pay their whole life. if u die their insurance covers the cost and they barely get a punishment. its a strange world we live in |

Apparently they don't have "good Samaritan" laws as well, meaning anything you do which could put the victim more at risk of death, ie moving someone with a broken neck, could leave you being charged or sued. I guess that's another reason they stay away.
