Looks like a setup to me. The weirdest part was the shady guy hanging out in front of the store who shot the guy in the yellow jacket (YJ). He just happened to be there and have a gun to use just in case yellow jacket stopped by? Plus why would he care if YJ shot the guy in all black? The odds of the shooter making such a shot weren't high but luck counts.
