I think a person is stabbed vs shot if you want the victim to experience terror and die painfully. A shot to the dome is is quick and a lot less painful. That was the theory behind OJ killing his wife the way he did despite the mess he had to know it was going to make, getting all over his clothes, leaving footprints. A guy with his resources could have easily gotten his hands on a gun with a silencer and taken her out with a couple shots from 8 feet away. No footprints, no cut finger, no bloody glove, no blood drops in the car, at his house. Not that I wanted him to get away with it, in fact I can't believe that prick got off. I guess that's what happens when you have a $50k a year prosecutor going after a guy represented by attorneys making $2000 a day.
