Mmm, a more pertinent question is: what exactly did the man do to deserve that hit? We see him with his baby momma and kid so we assume that he's just your regular guy smiley out for a morning walk with his family.........but how do WE know the target wasn't a hitman himself or a child rapist, maybe even a child killer, and this is him getting his just desserts?

I think it was the man's daughter, probably 8 years old, and the little guy, who is probably 2 or so. Maybe his wife already got killed.
