Some info I found here: This happened here in Brazil, Feira de Santana/Bahia. He was killed with several shots while riding his motorbike.

He was carrying his partner on his motorbike, slowed down next to a speed bump and another motorbike, also with two passengers, stopped next him and shot him in the head. The other passenger didn't got hit.

Informers said the victim was a drug dealer.
