Sometimes it is amusing to imagine the urban artist(s) who put these arrangements together. This guy seems like he didn't just drop body parts, he arranged them artistically to bolster his message. So who are these grim street artists? Do they enjoy working with dead bodies and gore? Do they work in paint as well, or just blood?

i’ve always thought it was kind of funny that the cartel produces such professional looking signs whenever they do something like this. they must have their own in-house screen printing business

Oh for sure....a sign/printing company would be a great money laundering front, so I am sure they got something like that going on for their impressive signs.
