Philippine justice is still not working. we have filed and we have witnesses and even the killer admitted the crime on social media but he was still not jailed and not even a warrant of arrest until now.

Yes great idea, let people who no nothing about medical procedure flop her over and make sure she's alive, not knowing that the slightest movement of a broken vertebrae could mean paralyzation or death. If you see someone unresponsive, the last thing you should do is touch them or move them in any way shape or form.
