Yooo, same here. This video made me feel more physically unwell than anything else I've seen on here. It's weird. I was feeling faint throughout the video then got panicky on top of that at the end when his breathing got labored.

I wish we could know his story. I feel a mix of empathy for him and disgust as his final choice.

I felt that same way. I've seen many other suicide videos but this one is different.

Did this guy even die? And why was he naked?

From a psychological and philosophical point a view, this video is kind of fascinating. He seems high from the endorphins rushing through his body from all the cutting, and is captivated by the process of his own imminent demise. The combination of his bloody pacing and euphoric rambling make the video have a "tragic energy" to it that makes it a little disturbing to watch, but you cant look away.

No, it's not that deep. I felt dizzy because of the amount of blood draining from his artery; I remember I felt the same way watching a video where a man from China mishandled a big pane of glass such that it was dropped and sliced through one of his arteries resulting his being unconscious within a matter of seconds.

I can handle blood but when it pours from an artery that's tougher to watch.
