WTF. They were going a bit fast, but the trucker should absolutely have seen them. This is 100% his fault, no obstructed view or anything.

That's gonna require a crane and a mop. One-hundred percent back brake, zero percent front brake, skid/slide/highside, injured/dead(?). Sure it's the truck driver's fault for violating the rider's right-of-way, but I don't think it matters if you're shitting into a bag for the rest of your life. |
